We listen, process together, and you transform
From my studies and work in cross-cultural communications, an interest in psychotherapy was born. It has become my mission to make sense of how the brain organizes itself, the development of attachment as a means of survival and evolution, and how one can reconstruct learned behaviors by channeling the innate power within.
As a proponent of self-regulation, I understand the importance of coming to terms with how our personal histories influence current affairs, and the interdependencies between behavior, brain, and attachment may be stubborn but don’t have to be permanent. This is the beauty of neuroplasticity.
